19 October – Master Chang Lin hosted the New Book Launch of the second volume in his “Let Our Heart Breathe” series with media friends at Finest Design Nest.
With the fabulous drawings by Fung Lai Chi and calligraphy by Vivian Kong from the Hong Kong female fencing team, Master Chang Lin hopes to bring different perspectives and ideas in his book for all to enjoy. In this book, Master Chang Lin shares with you on how to relieve your everyday stress and how to be more aware of our own emotional changes.
