The Hot Desk area is perfect for individual designers who need a work station but not a space in a private room. It is a very collaborative space, brilliant for networking, and a great place to bring clients to make a professional impression.
You can rent the Boardroom when you need it, and you have 2 free hours a month to use The Drawing Room included your membership.

Its proximity to the outdoors along with the stimulating light and bright interior will leave you feeling alive and invigorated. If you need a casual space to relax while exchanging ideas, The Forum is the place.
Wanting a break away from your desk? We’ve really mixed it up here. Open the sliding door in your office to The Lookout and be instantly uplifted.
Maximizing all available space, The Lookout provides that indoor/outdoor connection with a passageway of hanging vines and potted plants, and finished in a gentle green and blue colour scheme. The Lookout, the perfect lingering place for conversation and reflection.
The hint is in the name here. The Link is a casual meeting space perfectly situated between the private “Framery” phone booths imported from Finland, and the adjacent Drawing Room where you and your colleagues can expand those creative juices in private.
But for an impromptu coffee, a casual quick catch up, and to allow yourself to ‘breathe’ in the proximity of the green living wall, enjoy the flexibility The Link has to offer.
Need time out, or a place to relax with a “bring your own” lunch? Or perhaps you want to catch up on the daily news i of the wide screen TV, all-the-while relaxing in the comfort of a large Bolia sofa?
Then you have found your happy place. Oozing luxury with Miele appliances and an ELKAY water station, The Lounge is easily accessed from all areas. Stop, relax and enjoy The Lounge – centrally located in the heart of Finest Design Nest.
They say nothing stimulates the mind and body more than a good physical workout. So we have covered all bases here – you won’t even have to leave the office!
You will find exercise bikes in the Workout Space, easily reached via The Lookout passageway – a direct access from your office, or from the main entrance. The choice is yours. And don’t forget, we have showers available to freshen up afterwards!
