Earlier, artist Joe Ma Tak-chung and his wife Karen were interviewed by the magazine “Bamboos Life” at Finest Design Nest. They talked about the mystery of frozen age and the way to stay healthy. The couple has been married for nearly 30 years and is still in love, certainly, the way of getting along is indispensable. Therefore, during the interview, Karen shared some tips on maintaining a harmonious and loving relationship between husband and wife. Karen not only has her own opinions on maintaining marriage but also on keeping a healthy body. She further shared the compilation process of the book “Health and Longevity: An Empirical Study in Hong Kong” which collects opinions and suggestions of many quasi-centenarians and centenarians on how to live a healthy, happy and comfortable life.
